Refund & Return Policy

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Main menu orders must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to pick-up and will be refunded the entire purchase amount.

Special orders of cupcakes and cakes must be cancelled at least 1 week ahead of the event date. The deposit is non-refundable.  

All other special order items must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to the collection date and will be refunded the entire purchase amount.

If the order is not picked up during the designated pick-up time and you have not reached out to us to reschedule to have it picked it up by the next day, then you forfeit your desserts and do not receive a refund.

 

RETURNS

All items are final sale and not returnable.
